The Ellové Technique® :
The Ellové Technique® is a low impact conditioning and cross-training class that improves strength, flexibility, and stability. Set to an intentional playlist, this adaptable workout reduces injury risk by targeting muscle imbalances, refining alignment, increasing endurance, and practicing safe stretching techniques. Appropriate for all levels, The Ellové Technique incorporates the pure techniques of Pilates, strength training, yoga, and ballet, and is endorsed by Amy Werner, DPT, and Doctors for Dancers.
One on One Training
$90 for Single 60 Minute Session (1X a week)
$85 per 60 Minute Session (2X a Week)
Group Classes (Up to four people):
60 Minutes
1X a week: $45/per person
2X a week: $43/ per person

About Laura
Laura Haney is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a lifelong background in the arts. Laura was a performer with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, Fosse, Broadway's A Christmas Carol, and many more. Laura is trained in Pilates and is also a certified instructor in The Ellové Technique® and BeMoved® dance fitness.
With over 20 years of teaching experience, she is passionate about helping clients reduce injury risk and feel empowered in their bodies. Laura specializes in creative approaches to improving strength, balance, and mobility for clients of all ages, and is passionate about cross-training and conditioning for dancers. She is a wellness advocate and proud member of the International Association for Dance Medicine and Science.
Laura believes fitness should be accessible to people of all ages and abilities. Her goal is to remove the roadblocks to exercise, especially for those who are new to personal training. Laura starts each client with a careful assessment of their abilities and goals, then draws from her diverse expertise to design custom workouts, always with a focus on preventing injuries and reducing pain.
